Earlier this week, we heard about the recall of Trader Joe’s Creamy Salted Valencia Peanut Butter by Sunland Foods. Now, that recall is going beyond just Trader Joe’s according to a Sunland spokesperson. The reason? Sunland Inc. recalled not only the peanut butter, but also almond butter products because the same equipment was used in the manufacturing process and there is danger of contamination. Trader Joe’s took the peanut butter off their shelves Saturday. But there's still plenty on the shelves in the new Sarasota Trader Joe's!
And don’t forget you still have until Wednesday to submit your favorite autumn memories to Kelly’s Kitchen for a chance to select a cookbook from the Kelly’s Kitchen Collection. Thanks to those of you who have already sent pictures as well to ann.kelly@coxinc.com. We’ll announce one winner on Thursday.
