Some Local Restaurants Are Temporarily Closing After Coming in Contact with COVID-19 - Here's the List.

In case you needed a gentle reminder, Florida may be slowly re-opening, but Coronavirus is far from over. Over the weekend, Florida had back-to-back days where new cases increased by 2K+.

These new cases have started impacting local restaurants again.

Here's a list of restaurants that have temporarily closed, due to COVID-19 impacts:

Downtown St. Pete:

The Galley: Announced Friday on their Facebook page that several employees had tested positive, and that they would be closing, out of an abundance of caution:

Parks & Rec and The Avenue Eat + Drink: Both restaurants, who are owned by the same group, announced that a staff member had tested positive, and that they were going to temporarily shut both locations and were requiring all staff members to be tested:

Tarpon Springs:

Rusty Bellies Waterfront Grill, Inc: Announced that after a 'COVID-19 exposure,' they would be temporarily shutting down:

The moral of the story? Wear your mask, continue to wash your hands, and stay safe!!
