Woman Talks About What it Was Like LIVING in the ‘Home Alone’ House During Filming

Laura Abendshien’s family owned the home that the movie was filmed in when she was 6. And nope, they didn’t move out.

Macaulay Culkin made being home alone famous, but Indiana police were not amused when they found two young boys home by themselves this week.

‘Home Alone’ turned *30* last month.

And while the movie has held a special place in all of our hearts, it’s on a whole different level for Laura Abendshien, who’s family owned the ‘Home Alone’ house and LIVED THERE during filming.

Laura, who was 6 at the time, just did an interview talking about the experience, and I’m FASCINATED.

According to Laura, she and her family members would have to CRAWL between rooms to avoid being spotted by the cameras.

She said that Macaulay Culkin also used to use her room during down time to do his own schoolwork with his tutor.

The thought of all of this has my mind literally exploding.

If they don’t still keep in touch already, something tells me that this interview is going to result in some kind of epic reunion that none of us knew we needed.
