Missy Elliott is bringing her first ever headlining tour to Tampa! The “OUT OF THIS WORLD — The Missy Elliott Experience” comes to Amalie Arena on Wednesday, July 24 and will also feature Busta Rhymes, Ciara and special guest Timbaland.
