The Hillsborough County School Board has voted to begin the upcoming school year with 4 weeks of eLearning, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Hillsborough County Schools are still set to resume August 24th, but classes will be completely online.
The School Board will reconvene in 4 weeks on Tuesday, September 8th to make a decision to either extend eLearning or to resume in-class learning, but that is in the instance that Hillsborough County’s COVID-19 cases continue to lower.
Our School Board has voted to implement 100% eLearning for 4 weeks, beginning August 24. The Board will reconvene September 8 to review the status of the coronavirus in our community and discuss next steps.
