The probe involves vehicles from 2013 through 2015, Reuters reported. It was opened May 6 after the Office of Defects Investigation received a petition last October.

The NHTSA said “under normal driving conditions, with no warning or input from the driver, the vehicle may veer or jerk out of its intended path of travel.”

Honda has not responded to the investigation announcement.

So far the NHTSA said it has received 107 complaints and that there were two injuries connected to the steering issue, Reuters reported.
