Whomever invented this I just want to shout out Thank you to them for this easy simple tasty and very filling easy to make go to plant based food! Sourdough toast with smashed avocados. Wherever you are this is now a staple in almost every cafe or vegan menu. So many combinations are possible with a few ingredients. Personally for me I can have avocado toast anytime of the day or night. It’s filling. It’s so satisfying and it’s 100% beneficial for your skin, hair, body, mind. And it’s kids approved!! Yaaay. ✨EDAMAME✨ Me confieso adicta a los edamame! Siempre que puedo los pido en los restaurantes y estoy cogiéndole el gusto a hacerlos en casa también. Edamame son las vainas de soja verde, y se come su interior. Son súper fáciles de hacer (cocidas o al vapor) y lo que más me gusta es su versatilidad a la hora de aliñarlas. 💚 Quedan espectaculares con una sal ahumada como la de @maldonsalt o con sal rosa del Himalaya 💚 Si te gusta un toque picante te propongo esta combinación (la de la 📸): chili en copos (yo he utilizado el chili coreano que utilizo para hacer el kimchi que se llama gochugaru, pero cualquier picante sirve), sumac (especia árabe antiinflamatoria con un toque alimonado), aceite de sésamo crudo o tostado y sal 💚 Si te va un rollo más dulzón te animo a que pruebes un aliño de mostaza y agave 😍 Son saludables, personalizables y entran como pipas. I’m a four-meals-a-day kind of gal. Why? Because that’s what my body needs! Around 4 pm I’m hungry for another meal (I usually eat lunch around 12pm) so I choose to have a snack that’s around 200 calories and super filling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This past week I shared this snack idea and OMG it’s one of my new favorites! Rice cakes always seemed kind of boring to me, but when adding some peanut butter (always creamy) and almost 1/2 cup of blueberries on top, it’s certainly not boring anymore! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the things I’ve learned about my body is WHAT to eat at WHAT time. For example, I need protein in the morning. Always. But my afternoon snack usually involves something fatty, like peanut butter or guacamole.
