Turns out, celebrities have to eat breakfast too (who knew, right?! 😂) and here are some of their go-to meals to get their day started...
1. Reese Witherspoon
Reese is known to start her morning with this smoothie. It has a perfect blend of both fruits AND veggies to give you just the right amount of energy!!
2. Ariana Grande
Did you know that Ariana Grande is vegan? Yep, which made her allergic reaction to tomatoes last year all the more disappointing. Luckily, there are no tomatoes required in the oatmeal and fruit she eats every day for breakfast.
3. Chrissy Teigen
If I could choose any celebrity to be my personal chef, it would be Chrissy Teigen. Girl knows so much about throwing down in the kitchen that she has her own line of cookbooks and kitchen appliances. So what does the Queen of Quiches (see what I did there?) use as her go-to breakfast? OF COURSE, EGGS!!
While we’re talking about eggs, you can go ahead and add Rihanna to the list of celebs who start their day with this staple breakfast food. Her personal chef, Debbie Solomon, says “Her typical breakfasts consists of four hard-boiled eggs, one slice of toast without the crust, and a mix of berries.” SEE?! Sometimes adults don’t like the crust on their bread either. 😂
5. Justin Timberlake
Leave it to Justin Timberlake to switch things up. JT apparently has, not just one, but TWO breakfasts each day. Justin said in an interview with Bon Appetit back in 2012 that he eats a pre-gym meal (usually waffles with flax and almond butter, plus a scrambled egg), and then has another breakfast (either a hard boiled egg or a protein shake) after his workout.
WHAT?! NO BRASPBERRIES??
6. Selena Gomez
Selena is speaking MY LANGUAGE. Her go-to breakfast is the highly underrated BREAKFAST BURRITO. According to her trainer, if she isn’t chowing down on a blend of perfectly-wrapped scrambled eggs, chorizo, avocado, rice, and beans, she also loves to start her day with full-fat greek yogurt and granola.
7. Taylor Swift
And maybe the reason why Selena and Taylor Swift get along so well is because they aren’t constantly trying to get at each other’s breakfast plates. Taylor Swift prefers to start her morning off with Buckwheat Crepes, according to an interview that she did with Bon Appetit in 2012. She said “I love making buckwheat crepes with ham, parmesan cheese, and a fried egg on top. It’s my go-to breakfast.”
