What an incredible day, Tampa Bay!
On Friday November 21, Magic 94.9 teamed up with Metropolitan Ministries for our annual Feed the Bay food drive โ and once again, this community proved just how strong, generous, and loving it really is.
From sunrise to sunset, listeners, families, coworkers, classrooms, and neighbors stopped by the Walmart on North Dale Mabry with bags, boxes, carts, and carloads full of hope. And thanks to YOUโฆ
We collected more than one ton of frozen turkeysโ Over 2,000 pounds of food were donated โ stuffing, canned veggies, gravy, pie filling, and pantry staplesโ Thousands of dollars poured in online to help feed local families all season long
Every donation โ big or small โ helps Metropolitan Ministries ensure that families across Tampa Bay can sit down to a warm Thanksgiving meal surrounded by comfort, dignity, and love.
And right now, the need is greater than ever. Food insecurity continues to impact thousands of local families, seniors, children, and veterans โ but because of you, countless holiday tables will be filled with joy this year.
