The Bachelor interviews continue with the original Bachelor power couple! Trista & Ryan have been married for 15 years, and together for 16. They have two children and live in Colorado. Trista was the very first Bachelorette! I asked her if she had any doubts when they wanted her to be the star of the season - and she said no. Talking with them was really cool... it brought back so many memories of the finale night. The very first Bachelorette finale. I was in NYC doing a Grammy broadcast and my Promotions co worker/friend and I were so hooked on the show. So much so that we missed some Grammy parties and dinners to sit in the hotel room and watch to find out who Trista picked. Truth - I thought she was going to pick Charlie! I did not tell them that during the interview, btw! LOL. But that just proves what a fan I am, right?? They seemed really adorable on the phone and Ryan seemed just as ‘poetic’ as I remember him being when watching all those years go.. They were open to answering questions about their marriage, kids, the Bachelor franchise and the newest Bachelorette! Hear the entire interview here...
